Treasury Solutions Advisor Novi, MI | On-site with some hybrid
flexibility Privately shared opportunity through an executive
search partnership We’re partnering with a progressive,
growth-oriented credit union in Southeast Michigan that is
launching its first dedicated Treasury function—and they’re looking
for a Treasury Solutions Advisor to lead the charge. This is a
highly visible, strategic role for someone who can bridge product
implementation and client-facing sales. You’ll help design and
launch new business banking services, onboard technology platforms,
and work alongside commercial lenders to drive deposit growth. The
opportunity starts with implementation, then evolves into a hybrid
Treasury Sales Officer Product Manager function. If you thrive in a

develop pricing, process, and product strategy Work directly with

advancement as the department grows What You Bring: 5–10 years in
Treasury or Deposit Services (ideally in a bank or credit union)
Strong working knowledge of cash management solutions (RDC, ACH,
fraud tools, commercial checking) Experience with product rollout
or digital banking solutions for businesses You’re consultative,
strategic, and comfortable wearing both sales and operational hats
