Job Description Job Description Our client, located in the east side of Cleveland, OH, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This is an onsite role and the assignment is expected to last between 3 and 6 months. Interviews are being scheduled soon-don't miss your chance to make an impact! Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (up to 35 requisitions), ensuring a positive candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver top-quality candidates. Support recruiting for corporate accounting and finance roles Maintain compliance with company policies and hiring best practices. Qualifications: At least 3 years of proven experience full cycle corporate recruiting for accounting and finance roles Strong sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
