side of Cleveland, OH, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition
Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This is an
onsite role and the assignment is expected to last between 3 and 6
months. Interviews are being scheduled soon-don't miss your chance
to make an impact! Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment
for assigned roles (up to 35 requisitions), ensuring a positive
candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to understand
talent needs and deliver top-quality candidates. Support recruiting
for corporate accounting and finance roles Maintain compliance with
company policies and hiring best practices. Qualifications: At
least 3 years of proven experience full cycle corporate recruiting
for accounting and finance roles Strong sourcing skills and ability
to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills. Consultative when
working with both candidates and internal managers Bachelor's
degree required Pay Details: $28.00 to $40.00 per hour Search
