café with Wi-Fi Responsibilities • Review and validate homeowner’s
insurance policies for coverage, dates, and accuracy. • Ensure
timely receipt and input of insurance policy updates into servicing
systems. • Monitor for lapses in coverage or insufficient policies.
• Coordinate placement and cancellation of lender-placed insurance
when required. • Notify borrowers of impending LPI actions and
follow appropriate procedures. • Contact borrowers or insurance
agents to obtain current insurance information. • Respond to
inquiries regarding insurance coverage, escrow accounts, and LPI. •
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., RESPA,
CFPB) and investor guidelines (e.g., Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac). •
Document all communications and actions accurately in the loan
servicing system. • Work with escrow, loss mitigation, customer
service, and other departments as needed. • Assist in audits,
quality control reviews, and reporting. Qualifications Must-Have
Qualifications: • 1-3 years of insurance verification, mortgage
servicing, or escrow experience • Knowledge of insurance
terminology and mortgage industry practices • Strong attention to
detail and accuracy • Excellent verbal and written communication •
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • High school
diploma or equivalent Nice To Have Qualifications: • Associate’s or
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field •
Familiarity with force-placed insurance processes • Experience with
servicing platforms like Black Knight, LoanServ, or equivalent •
Bilingual (Spanish)
