customers all over the world. Toyoda Gosei North America (located
in Troy, MI) has an opening for a Tax Summer Intern . The selected
candidate will assist the Finance team with federal and state tax
return preparation and standard operations of a corporate tax
department, such as electronic and hardcopy filing. Primary Duties
and Responsibilities: • Provide assistance to tax management team
with tax fixed assets calculations • Assist with the preparation of
state apportionment schedules • Support other tasks in tax and
finance departments as assigned Qualifications and Competencies: •
Minimum of 2 years’ undergraduate studies completed including
introduction to accounting • Coursework towards a Bachelor’s Degree
in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field • Coursework in Tax
preferred but not required. • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) • Excellent
organization and communication skills required • Highly analytical
and detail-oriented
