Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled and
experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be a well-rounded technician with a strong
background in industrial manufacturing, capable of performing a
wide variety of maintenance duties to ensure our plant facilities
and equipment operate safely and efficiently. Culture Employees at

Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative
maintenance on industrial equipment focusing on injection molding.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical,
pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Use machine tools like lathes,
drill presses, and grinders to repair or fabricate parts.
Requirements A minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance
experience. Electrical: Proven ability to read and interpret
electrical schematics. Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical
circuits, including AC/DC voltage. Mechanical: Extensive knowledge
of processing techniques, tools, and materials.
Hydraulic/Pneumatic: Expertise in diagnosing and repairing these
systems, including pumps, valves, and cylinders. Physical
Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs , stand for long
periods, and perform tasks in a variety of conditions. Education: A
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Assoicate or
bachelor degree in a related field is beneficial but is not
required. Compensation and Benefits Pay: A competitive salary
ranging from $35 to $45 per hour depending on experience,
performance, and competencies. Job Type: Full-time, with a schedule
