Full-Time Opportunity | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Are you a skilled
maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping apartment
communities running smoothly? We’re looking for an experienced
technician ready to make an immediate impact and help create a
comfortable home for residents. What You’ll Do Respond promptly to
maintenance requests and work orders Complete apartment turns
efficiently and thoroughly Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry,
and appliance repairs Deliver friendly, professional service to
residents Communicate clearly with the Maintenance Supervisor or
Property Manager regarding needed parts or supplies What You Bring
Proven experience in residential maintenance (apartments preferred;
hotels or private homes considered) Strong working knowledge of
plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair Personal hand
tools and drill (brought onsite daily) Reliable transportation
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Ability to handle
