Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dedicated
Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Cleveland,
Tennessee. In this role, you will serve as the first point of
contact for customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly
and efficiently. This is a Contract to permanent position where you
will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and
maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities: •
Respond to incoming customer calls and inquiries related to
service, maintenance, and repair needs. • Schedule service
appointments and coordinate technician dispatch to resolve customer
issues swiftly. • Provide reassurance and resolve concerns to
ensure a positive and seamless customer experience. • Accurately
enter new customer accounts and update existing records in company
systems. • Track and organize customer and service information
using spreadsheets and other administrative tools. • Handle
follow-up communication with customers to ensure their needs are
fully addressed. • Assist with general administrative tasks to
support team efficiency and organization. • Prioritize and manage
urgent customer requests while maintaining attention to detail. •
Act as a brand ambassador by delivering high-quality service that
fosters loyalty and trust. • Utilize CRM tools and office software
to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.• At
least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role. •
Proficiency in using CRM systems and office software, including
Microsoft Excel. • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. • Exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in
high-pressure situations. • Proven track record of providing
outstanding customer support and resolving concerns effectively. •
Ability to schedule appointments and coordinate service operations
efficiently. • Experience with data entry and maintaining detailed
customer records. • Familiarity with billing functions in a
service-oriented environment.
