Park Operations Crew Toledo Zoo & Aquarium The Toledo Zoo & Aquarium has been educating, inspiring, and providing enjoyment to our community for over 100 years. Join our team as a part- time, Park Operations Crew member, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our zoological park. As a part of the team, you'll contribute to creating a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and single admission guests, monitoring and facilitating experiences at our exhibits and set- up/ breakdown of special events. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to take direction and can work well independently as well as within a team. This role reports to the Assistant Director of Park Operations and is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Minimum Training & Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills are a plus. Work schedules include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Ability to lift 35lbs., stand on your feet for up to 8 hours a day outside in the summer heat & winter cold.
