Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time
opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist
specializing in pediatrics to provide services within a school
setting. The role involves delivering direct speech therapy to high
school students, with a focus on individualized treatment to
support communication development and academic success. This
position is based in Oberlin, OH, with travel involved from Elyria,
OH, offering the chance to engage with a dynamic student population
and make a meaningful impact on their educational experience. Key
Responsibilities: Provide individual and group speech-language
therapy sessions for high school students Develop and implement
tailored treatment plans based on assessments and student needs
Manage a caseload of approximately 34 students, focusing on direct
service delivery Conduct sessions predominantly consisting of
60-minute monthly minutes, as mandated by caseload demands
Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to
support student progress Maintain accurate records and
documentation of therapy services and student outcomes
Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and
certification (SLP CCC preferred) Experience working with pediatric
populations in school settings Prior exposure to school
speech-language pathology caseloads and service delivery models
Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage
scheduling and documentation Ability to work independently and
adapt to the needs of a diverse student group Work Schedule and
Location: Part-time position, 2 days per week Hours: 7:15 a.m. to
2:15 p.m. Location: Oberlin, OH, with travel required from Elyria,
