Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding
opportunity is available for a dedicated School Psychologist
serving diverse age groups from early childhood through high
school, including pre-school and middle school settings in Detroit,
MI. This contract position offers the chance to work within a
dynamic educational environment, supporting students' academic,
emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include
conducting psychological assessments, collaborating with educators
and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs),
providing counseling and intervention strategies, and contributing
to school-wide initiatives that promote student well-being and
success. The role requires flexibility to work across multiple
school levels, addressing unique challenges at each developmental
stage. Desired qualifications and experience: - Valid certification
or licensure as a School Psychologist - Experience working with
early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school students -
Strong assessment and diagnostic skills across age groups - Ability
to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams - Knowledge
of special education laws, procedures, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Location:
