We are seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Technician to ensure that our manufacturing facilities are maintained to the highest standards, enabling us to continue delivering superior quality products and services. Conduct routine and scheduled maintenance of the company’s physical infrastructures including electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing. Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs to equipment, machinery, and structural imperfections as needed. Facilitate the setup of newly acquired equipment and contribute to system installations. Work closely with the Health and Safety department to ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs. Record and report daily activities, notably the progression and resolution of issues. Collaborate with external contractors and services providers on significant repairs and enhancements. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing. Proficient in the use of hand and power tools. Able to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in HVAC or electrician’s certification is preferred. OSHA Safety training certification.
