Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience Are you a

seeking skilled Design Engineers. The Opportunity We partner with
manufacturers across Lansing seeking Design Engineers who want more

Responsibilities Develop and design new products, components, and
assemblies for manufacturing. Create detailed 3D CAD models,
engineering drawings, and specifications. Select appropriate
materials and manufacturing processes to optimize performance,
cost, and manufacturability. Conduct design analysis, simulations,
and prototyping to validate concepts and ensure functionality.
Collaborate with manufacturing, production, and quality teams to
ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation. Identify and
implement design improvements for existing products to enhance
performance, reliability, or cost-effectiveness. Troubleshoot
design-related issues and provide engineering support during
production. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related technical
field. Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor,
Creo, CATIA). Strong understanding of various manufacturing
processes (e.g., machining, injection molding, sheet metal
fabrication, welding). Experience applying Design for
Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
Knowledge of material science and selection for manufacturing
applications. Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and
Tolerancing (GD&T). Bonus Qualifications Experience with
advanced GD&T application and tolerance stack-up analysis.
Familiarity with CAM software or CNC programming principles.
Proficiency in scripting or automation for CAD software (e.g.,
Python, VBA). Experience with specific advanced manufacturing
processes (e.g., Additive Manufacturing, Composites, Robotics). Job
