Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist who will be
responsible for programming, setting up, and optimizing 3-, 4-, and
5-axis mills. The successful candidate will create and prove-out
programs from scratch using Mastercam, select tooling, determine
speeds/feeds, and implement fixture designs for maximum efficiency.
You will troubleshoot production issues and work on continuously
improving cycle times and part quality, collaborating directly with
machinists and engineering to transition jobs from print to
finished part. Responsibilities Program, set up, and optimize 3-,
4-, and 5-axis mills. Create and prove-out programs from scratch
using Mastercam. Select appropriate tooling, determine
speeds/feeds, and implement fixture designs for maximum efficiency.
Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve cycle times
and part quality. Collaborate with machinists and engineering to
transition jobs from print to finished part. Set up and run first
pieces. Essential Skills 5 years of hands-on CNC programming
experience (milling required, lathe a plus). Expert-level
proficiency in Mastercam, including solids, surfacing, and 5-axis
toolpaths. Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to
interpret complex engineering drawings. Proven track record of
reducing cycle times and scrap rates. Additional Skills &
