Job Description Job Description Mold Processor & Maintenance Technician – Mentor, OH Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping machines running smoothly and production on track? We're looking for an experienced Mold Processor & Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Mentor, Ohio . In this role, you'll handle mold setups, maintenance, and process adjustments to ensure quality production. You'll also assist with troubleshooting, equipment repairs, and continuous improvement projects to keep operations efficient and safe. What You'll Do Set up, start, and adjust injection molding machines and related equipment Perform mold changes and assist with tooling repairs or modifications Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in production machinery Work with engineers and maintenance staff to improve machine performance Inspect parts and processes to maintain high-quality standards Maintain accurate production and maintenance records Operate forklifts and assist with shipping, receiving, and general shop upkeep What We're Looking For Experience with injection mold setup, troubleshooting, and repair Solid mechanical aptitude and knowledge of shop tools and equipment Ability to read blueprints and interpret mechanical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills Forklift experience preferred Bonus Skills: Familiarity with SolidWorks, Mastercam, or CNC programming is a plus.
