Job Title: CNC Operator – 3rd Shift (Train on 1st) Location: Cleveland, OH 44111 Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Pay: $20 – $24.00 per hour (depending on experience and skills) Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated CNC Operator to join our team on 3rd shift (training provided on 1st shift). This role involves operating CNC mills and lathes, performing precision measurements, and ensuring parts meet quality standards. Candidates with setup and programming experience may qualify for higher pay. Responsibilities: Operate CNC mills and lathes in a production environment Perform setups; programming/editing experience is a plus Read and interpret blueprints to produce accurate parts Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges Conduct quality checks on finished parts Maintain attention to detail and adherence to specifications Adapt to changing duties and assist in other departments as needed Training will be provided for motivated candidates Qualifications: Previous CNC operating or machining experience strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail Experience with standard inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment Benefits Once Hired: 401(k) & 401(k) matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off & retirement plan Employee assistance program
