Job Description:
Job Description Description Radiology candidates who accept a
part-time or full-time position with University Hospitals are

\n What You Will Do \n \n Demonstrates successful technical/patient
skills by efficiently implementing CT scanning protocols and
procedures in Diagnostic CT. \n Patient care during visit to CT
according to expected service excellence standards. \n Use
administrative skills to contribute to the successful operation of
the department. \n Collaborates effectively and in a timely manner
with coworkers and staff. \n Initiates and maintains positive
relationships with patients/customers and co-workers. \n Adheres to
hospital CT safety standards. \n Takes responsibility for
self-development and supports a learning environment. \n Provides
age-specific care to patients from neonates through geriatrics. \n
Collaborates effectively with co-workers in a timely manner while
displaying a positive attitude. \n \n Additional Responsibilities
\n \n Performs other duties as assigned. \n Complies with all
policies and standards. \n For specific duties and
responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department
during orientation. \n Must abide by all requirements to safely and
securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our
patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies
and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in
the workplace. \n Qualifications Education Graduate of an
Accredited Radiologic Technology program (Required) Work Experience
1 years as radiologic technologist (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills, &
Abilities Uses a variety of equipment specific to the area,
including CT scanners, power injectors, and various computers.
(Required proficiency) Used to send and obtain patient information
for care. (Required proficiency) Ability to perform procedures
specific to area. (Required proficiency) Licenses and
Certifications Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) (Required) and
Registered Technologist Radiography (ARRT-R) and Current Ohio
license. (Required) CT Certification (Required within 1 Year) and
Current Ohio license. (Required) Physical Demands Standing
