Job Title: Urology Physician Join an exceptional Urology practice in the heart of Findlay, Ohio! This facility is equipped with the latest da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots and offers comprehensive care for both adults and pediatrics. The medical team specializes in disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system, utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and advanced treatment techniques. As part of a member organization of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, you'll be a key player in providing innovative healthcare across an eight-county area in Northwest Ohio. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with a supportive medical staff, operations team, and leadership. Exercise autonomy in managing your schedule, volumes, and practice operations. Maintain a balanced professional and personal lifestyle. Make local administrative decisions with a focus on patient care. Engage with leadership who value your input. Provide quality time with patients who respect and value your care. Access strong subspecialty support when needed. Mentor and receive mentorship from colleagues. Work in a group with surgical and robotics expertise. Work flexible hours with an average patient load of 20-30 per day. Participate in 1.5-2 OR days per week based on surgical volume. Perform procedures at main hospital and associated facilities. Handle light call schedule at no more than a 1:3 ratio, mostly phone consultations. Conduct various office procedures including cystoscopy and biopsies. Utilize advanced surgical technologies including Olympus equipment and da Vinci surgical robots. Lead the establishment of prostatectomy and cystectomy programs. Document patient information using Cerner EMR system. Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Urology. Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain). DEA certification required prior to start. Clean malpractice history and active medical license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. License and Certification Requirements: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology (REQUIRED). Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain) (REQUIRED). DEA must be obtained prior to start (REQUIRED). Clean malpractice and license history (REQUIRED).
