G91 Pulmonary Stepdown Unit is a 32-bed, fast-paced, and
high-acuity unit specializing in the care of patients with acute
pulmonary conditions — including pulmonary embolisms,
tracheostomies, and ventilator support. We’re seeking an Assistant
Nurse Manager (ANM) who is passionate about mentorship, teamwork,
and clinical excellence. G91 offers a collaborative environment

innovation, and compassion meet. A caregiver in this role works
nights, 7:00pm - 7:30am. Every other Saturday or Sunday and every
other holiday. A caregiver who excels in this role will: - Provide
clinical supervision and coordinate unit clinical operations under
the direction of the Nurse Manager. - Supervise and participate in
delivering patient care, ensure continuity of patient care
information between shifts, and coordinate patient admitting,
discharges and transfers. - Provide ongoing clinical evaluations of
caregivers, counsel caregivers on performance issues, administer
initial corrective actions, monitor attendance issues and review
major operational patient care issues with the Nurse Manager. -
Interview, select and orient new caregivers. - Prepare work
schedules to ensure adequate coverage on all shifts. - Participate
in and support quality improvement projects, outcomes, studies and
research initiatives. - Monitor the adherence to EEO/AAP goals and
guidelines. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver
include: - Graduate from an accredited school of professional
nursing - Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) - Current state
licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Or the
American Red Cross - *If in a Critical Care area an Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association
(AHA) certification must be presented upon hire or within first
year of employment - Two years of recent clinical nursing

Protective Equipment: - Follows standard precautions using personal
protective equipment as required. Pay Range Minimum hourly: $37.50
Maximum hourly: $57.60 The pay range displayed on this job posting
reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful
candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking
factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history,
experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does
not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift
differentials, overtime, etc.). The pay range does not include the
