Job Description:
ChenMed, a nationally recognized leader in integrated healthcare
services for seniors with complex conditions, is seeking an
experienced Associate Chief Clinical Officer (ACCO) to join our
dynamic team. As an ACCO at ChenMed, you will play a critical role
in enhancing our clinical operations and ensuring excellence in
patient care across our clinics. This executive-level position
involves strategic planning, direct oversight of clinical
practices, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to
achieve optimal patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Strategically lead and manage clinical operations across multiple
facilities to align with organizational objectives and healthcare
standards. Oversee the implementation of clinical programs and
initiatives, ensuring they effectively meet the needs of the
patient population. Collaborate with other senior healthcare
managers and departments to streamline operations and improve
patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
standards while adapting to changes in the healthcare landscape.
Mentor and lead a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a
culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Develop and manage budgets related to clinical operations,
optimizing resources to enhance patient care and clinic
sustainability. Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, including
Medicare and ACA Strong leadership and organizational skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
implement complex healthcare programs Proficiency in data analysis
and performance metrics Experience in budget management and
resource allocation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board certification in relevant
medical specialty preferred Certification in healthcare management
(e.g., FACHE) is highly desirable
