Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, CVICU – Ohio Start Date: February 27, 2026 Location: Cleveland, Ohio Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, day/night rotating (7am-7:30pm / 7pm-7:30am) Highlights: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) specialty position at a leading healthcare facility 12-hour shift schedule with rotating days and nights to meet operational needs Work with a dedicated critical care team in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment Holiday rotation required (minimum every other holiday) Comprehensive orientation including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments Pre-start modules and onboarding support provided Requirements: Active, permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of application Minimum 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel assignments Minimum 18 months recent CVICU experience (travel experience accepted) Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross) COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only) One supervisory reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in CVICU specialty Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation Clean license and background check (no open cases accepted) Why It's a Great Opportunity: This CVICU position offers the chance to work in a premier critical care environment where you'll provide life-saving care to cardiovascular patients.
