Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Beachwood, Ohio, 44122!
Provide comprehensive nursing care to med/surg telemetry patients,
including monitoring vital signs and telemetry. Administer
medications, perform IV starts, and collaborate with the healthcare
team. Ensure patient safety and accurate documentation throughout
