enthusiastic and client-centered Speech Language Pathologist to
provide speech services to children with autism. SOAR is seeking
candidates to work in a clinical setting and will work directly
with clients aged from 2 to adulthood. This SLP will collaborate
with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Occupational
Therapists, behavior technicians, and caregivers, school staff, and
other medical professions to provide a comprehensive treatment
approach that is individualized to each client. SOAR Autism Center

and exceptional care for every patient. Responsibilities Meet with
patients for the first time in their speech journey, answering
introductory questions Conduct assessments and evaluations to
diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans for patients with speech
and language difficulties Provide therapy sessions to improve
speech, language, and communication skills Monitor progress and
adjust treatment plans as necessary Maintaining excellent records
of patient needs, care, and outcome Provide education and guidance
to patients, families, and caregivers on speech and language
disorders and strategies for improvement Maintain accurate and
up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Work closely with the family of the patients and the patients
itself to ensure they have the knowledge and tools they need for
success Qualifications Active state license for practicing speech
therapy Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational
skills Strong charting and documentation skills Familiarity with
basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
