Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified Psych RN in Grafton, Ohio, 44044! Job Title: Registered
Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: General, Dialysis, Mental
Health Duration: At least 3 months Shift: Multiple Hours per Shift:
40 Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience
License: State of OH Medical License Certifications: BLS/CPR
Certification Must-Have: Ability to work flexible shifts and be on
time Description: Provides professional nursing care to patients.
Observes, assesses, and records symptoms, reactions, and progress
of patients. Makes nursing rounds and takes vitals regularly.
Prepares and administers prescribed medications and treatment
plans. Monitors patients on a timely basis and provides immediate
medical attention in emergencies. Counsels patients regarding the
need for medical referrals. Participates in staff development and
education. Trains and orients new employees. Responsible for
evaluating care needs and rendering direct nursing care. Implements
specialized nursing procedures as required. Organizes and oversees
emergency response teams. Directs health care staff assigned to the
area. Demonstrates strong communication and crisis management
skills. Adheres to established policies and protocols regarding
patient care. Must be available for shifts as schedules may change.
