Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/17/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Telemetry/n/n Location/n Ohio /n/nAssignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule/n Day shift, consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. /n/nJob Description/n The Registered Nurse will provide nursing care and support for patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the specialty, possess a valid Ohio nursing license or a compact state license, and be willing to obtain additional certifications as required. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Administer nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols. /n - Monitor patient health and vital signs, and document findings accurately. /n - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care. /n - Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery plans. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. /n - Permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license in hand. /n - Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required. /n - Ability to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start. /n - Provide one recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
