Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand Certifications: BLS and ACLS required Must-Have: - Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand - Active required certifications with nothing pending Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg Telemetry. The nurse will work night shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts. Candidates must possess a minimum of 18 months of recent permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry prior to travel. A permanent Ohio license or a compact state license is required before submission. BLS and ACLS certifications must be active and up to date. All submissions must include one reference from a supervisor, manager, or director in the specialty applying for. There will be assessments during orientation that need to be passed to continue in the position. Candidates must complete background checks within specified timeframes. Travelers are accepted with certain conditions regarding nicotine usage. The facility has strict policies regarding license issues and open cases.
