Location: Total Rehab - Peds JMS Department: Physical Therapy Weekly Hours: 40 Status: Full time Shift: Days (United States of America) Sign On Bonus: Job Requisition Qualifies for Sign on Bonus Bonus Amount: 10,000 Job Summary: $10,000 Sign on Bonus for external candidates with a 2 year commitment As patients work through physical rehabilitation, the Occupational Therapist will guide them through a treatment program to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Through collaboration with the patient, you will establish goals and track progress through their rehabilitation. This role allows you to be a mentor to OTAs, students and volunteers. You will also participate in program development, performance improvement projects and other committees.
