Job Description:
DescriptionThis position is responsible for leading and
coordinating
all omni-channel activities in the store including ship from store
and buy
online pickup in store. - Responsibilities
also include conducting loss prevention procedures related to
omni-channel
activities and training associates on omni-channel tasksCoordinate
Daily Omni-Channel Tasks:
SFS pick and pack process according to company standard operating
procedures
on hand to meet demand (bags, boxes, packing tape, toner, free
return labels,
etc.)
including picking, pack checking and prepping orders for hold
bins
orders by retrieving orders from the stockroom and providing to the
Head Coach
in a timely manner
basis including review of orders, changing status in the system and
returning
product to the sales floor
omni-channel activities that are occurring in the storeInventory
Control:
Audit Binder to company standards
according to company standards - Training:
BOPIS system and the documented Standard Operating Procedures -We
