Park, OH) Pay : $21.83/hr to start Type : Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
(eligible for hire after ~90 days) Schedule : Tuesday – Friday,
6:00am – 4:30pm, eventually transitioning to Thursday - Sunday
6:00am - 4:30pm This employer does not allow felons or those with

willing to submit to a Nationwide Background Check and a
Pre-Employment background check. Once hired on, you’ll become a
UFCW Union Worker with access to raises and benefits. This job is
ultimately for "4th Shift" - you will train on 1st shift Tuesday -
Friday for the remainder of this year. At the beginning of 2026,
this job will transition to "4th Shift" which will consist of
Thursday - Sunday 6:00am - 4:30pm. Job Summary Crucial Link is
seeking reliable and hardworking General Helpers for a food
production facility in Brook Park. This is a hands-on role
requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to
work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key
Responsibilities Lift and move 50–70 lb. bags, boxes, and tubs;
stage and move pallets. Operate forklifts and follow all safety
regulations. Operate System 4 blending system to produce batter and
bread mixes per production sheets. Maintain cleanliness and
organization in production areas, following GMPs and allergen
control procedures. Perform proper cleanouts of equipment and
surrounding areas to prevent cross contamination. Stage raw
materials and communicate with the next shift to ensure smooth
production transitions. Support other positions as needed (System
4, front operator, bagger, warehouse, base room). Handle general
housekeeping (sweeping, vacuuming, trash/waste removal, cleaning
wash area, securing chemicals). Qualifications Ability to
repeatedly lift 50–70 lbs. Previous forklift experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with
team members. Reliable attendance and willingness to cross-train.
