Job Description:
Mold SetterJob Overview:RCO Engineering is seeking a motivated
individual to join the mold setting team. 2-3 years of experience
is required. dis position TEMPhas the responsibility of setting
injection and compression molds in accordance to RCO standards,
with safety and efficiency at its core.Major Duties and
Responsibilities:* Install molds into presses in accordance wif RCO
Standards* Maintain molds to customer expectations* Support molding
activity to ensure production requirements* Support compliance with
RCO Safety and Quality Policies.* Support ISO 9001 continuous
improvement initiative.* Any other duties as assigned.Job
Requirements:Employment Requirements:* Obtain overhead crane
licensing* Obtain fork truck licensing* Work cohesively with the
team* Good Attendance* Able to lift 50 lbs.* Ability to take
direction and work independently; must be able to set molds without
assistance* Basic hand tools are required* Work overtime as
needed
