Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled CNC Set Up Operator to join our team at Path Engineering. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) Vertical and Horizontal Mills to perform machine functions on very close tolerance billet machined parts.Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills to perform machine functions on very close tolerance billet machined parts.
• Prepare and pre-set all tools needed for machining operations, secure workpieces, set up fixtures, inspect first run pieces, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Be knowledgeable of G and M codes, G D and T blueprint reading, and 3 and 4 Axis Machining Center.
• Read and follow written work instructions to ensure accurate and efficient production.Requirements
  • Knowledge of CNC machining principles and practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
