development About the Role: We are seeking a Retail Leader with a
strong emphasis on sales and customer service to join our team at
The Woodhouse Day Spa - Cleveland in Rocky River, OH. This is an
exciting opportunity to work in a luxurious spa environment and
help customers find the perfect products to enhance their spa
experience. Responsibilities: Drive retail sales and meet sales
goals Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to
all spa guests Maintain a clean and organized retail space Assist
with inventory management and restocking of retail products
Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives to
drive retail sales Requirements: Prior retail sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for
delivering exceptional customer service Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment Knowledge of skincare and beauty products is
a plus Ability to close during the week and work one weekend shift,
