Job Description Job Description Job description The Pattie Group, Inc. is looking for a dynamic individual to manage a $500,000 - $800,000 book of residential landscape management accounts. Position includes client relationship management, garden & property management, direction & interaction with 2-3 landscape management crews in the completion of property care and contracted maintenance services. Experience we're looking for: Extensive landscape & garden management experience Experience with job P&L’s, route planning and execution Estimating, contract renewal processes, additional service suggestions & up-sells Management, leadership and mentoring of foremen and other team members. Collaboration and communication with other sales representatives, designers, Nursery Manager, and clients.
