Job Description Job Description LHH is recruiting a Creditor's Rights Paralegal for a downtown Cleveland Law Firm. This position will support the Business Practice Group. 1600 billable hour requirement. On-site for first 6 months. Hybrid schedule available after 6 months. Four weeks vacation. Responsibilities: Filing of bankruptcy papers by way of ECF (Electronic Case Filing) Preparing draft proofs of claim Preparing notices of appearance Preparing schedules of assets and liabilities Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience in chapter 11 business bankruptcies Experience in creditor's rights, including in the bankruptcy space and judgment enforcement in state courts (e.g., issuances of bank attachments, etc.).
